Semi-Detached House

Semi-Detached House
Each semi-detached house, sharing one wall and typically situated within a high-density urban context, responds to the spatial challenges of maximizing efficiency, enhancing circulation connectivity, and maintaining visual continuity - while engaging with the open external side to preserve a sense of openness and remain attuned to regulatory requirements.

Our design strategy continues to emphasize verticality through generous ceiling heights and volumetric spatial planning, drawing natural light and airflow deep into the interior. Owing to their attached form on one side, the front façades are thoughtfully articulated to create a sense of separation from the neighbouring unit, while the treatment of the exposed side reinforces each home’s individual architectural expression.
