Each terrace house, flanked by shared walls and typically situated within a high-density urban fabric, addresses the spatial challenges of optimizing efficiency, circulation connectivity, and visual continuity while maintaining a sense of openness.

Our design strategies emphasize verticality through generous ceiling heights and volumetric spatial planning to enhance natural light penetration and internal illumination. Consistent with other residential typologies, we curate a refined palette of materials and textures to establish a distinct spatial identity - balancing programmatic functionality with architectural expression.
